また、AIを活用した広告チェックシステムの開発、DXコンサルティング、デジタルを活用した新たな価値の創出など、従来の広告会社の枠にとらわれない新たな領域にも取り組んでいます。
旅行事業に関しましてはグループ会社の国内・海外出張に関わる業務の効率化・経費削減を実現するための出張手配管理ソリューションを運営、手配サポートを行っています。
その他、既存の広告・旅行事業の枠にとらわれない事務局運営等、「プラットフォーム」としての運営ノウハウ、人財活用でビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング領域にも対応していきます。

As a service provider for Daiwa House Industry and the Daiwa House Group, Shinwa Agency has been expanding its businesses centered on digital technology—in particular, advertising and travel.
Solutions that Shinwa provides to its corporate clients include:
• carrying out web campaigns
• offering content proposals
• creating and managing websites
• running combined promotions across our established network of mass media companies (newspapers, TV, radio, and magazines)
• planning and managing events and exhibitions
• conducting real estate promotions
• providing creative services.
We also work in new fields and are not afraid to take unconventional approaches. Examples include developing an AI-based proofreader, consulting on digital transformation (DX), and creating new value by leveraging our digital capabilities as an advertising company.
In our travel business, we operate a system for managing business travel and supporting travel arrangements. This helps to improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of domestic and international travel for staff of Daiwa House Group companies.
We make use of our human resources by offering outsourcing services for certain business processes. Going beyond the boundaries of the advertising and travel businesses, we also leverage our operational know-how to run operations and admin offices for events and campaigns.
